Promoter of harithasree eco farm is a prominent high-tech eco farmer, actively penetrates in agricultural and cattle farming. He owns a rich agricultural land measured 270 cents with existing multicrops, furnished farm house and housing for various cattle (Cow, Goat, Chicken, Rabbit etc.). The perceived value of this farm is about 6 crores. The farm having a business turnover of 60+ lakhs per year.

The fund raising process through shares and deposits are to accommodate more similar interested farmers and acquire more farm lands on lease at various villages in Kannur district, to cultivate multicrops. A warehousing facilities is also planned to procure farm products from member farmers to assure them higher value for their products. The promoter is willing to sell the whole land owned by him with existing crops to the company. At present the company offers share valued Rs 1000 per each member.
